Material Dossier
Starglass
Conduit of the Star-Glyph Array
Identity & Story
The substance, craft, and whispers preserved by the Record.
Overview
Starglass
Classification: Celestial Resonance Conductor
Origin: Drawn into threads for vaults and high conduits
Status: Active — rare
Starglass is drawn out in long, hair-fine threads and set into vaulted ceilings and high conduits, where it does its work best: gathering faint, distant resonance — starlight, the turn of seasons, the slow pulse of far places — and carrying it down to where it can be used. The Star-Glyph Array of Saint-Spire is laced with it, a whole vaulted sky of channels that wakes faintly at the right hour. It is fragile, costly, and useless on the ground; only strung high and left to listen does it earn its name. It does not make power. It gathers what is already falling.
Physical Properties
Feather-light and terrifyingly fragile; extraordinary Physical and Arcane Conductivity are the reward for working it with held breath.
Magic Resonance
Range is its standout trait — the farthest-reaching material known; Realm Resonance high, sending workings where nothing else can.
